A busy, bewildering, exceedingly jokey science-fiction film that looks like a Star Wars spinoff made in an underdeveloped galaxy. The premise is pretty straight forward for a science fiction movie: in a far-flung galaxy water has become the most hard to come by commodity and a big, evil. Have an ice day! It's a parched future, and water, the galaxy's only valuable commodity, is controlled by the evil Templars. Thoughtful spfx for a shoestring budget. They are sold to a princess looking for her dad.
